Confirmation and payment

The quote we send you will specify the exact price, the deadline for delivery and the instructions for confirming the project and making payment via bank transfer. Ampersand’s prices for sworn translations start at €0.16 per word, with a minimum of €48 per project. Once we receive the confirmation, we will begin the sworn translation immediately.

Delivery of the sworn translation

We will have the translation ready before the deadline. Generally speaking, the materials we deliver consist of the full translated text, the original or copy of the translated document, and the stamp or sworn declaration of the translator. If the document includes a Hague apostille, we will also translate it. Before the deadline, we will deliver the translation to you via e-mail. If you need it to be printed, we will send it to you by courier (for an additional charge) or you can collect it from our office.
