Team
The bedrock of our company is our in-house team of professionals, who hold a variety of positions: translators, project managers, specialists and managers in different fields (IT, sales, etc.). Ampersand is a dynamic company within an attractive and constantly growing sector. We are always open to the possibility of incorporating new staff to support our growth and to strengthen a specific area.
External collaborators
Our freelance collaborators are independent translation professionals who specialise in various fields. They are carefully selected and trained to enhance our internal team. These professionals work with Ampersand under long-term collaboration agreements. This ‘second team’ provides us with flexibility, enhancing and broadening our range of services. Given the diversity of our services and growth in the translation sector, we are always open to incorporating new high-quality professionals.
Providers
Our providers offer products and services which allow us to carry out our activities and to focus on our fundamental skills. We are always seeking competitive providers to offer regular products and services, as well as to provide innovative products and services which could facilitate or improve any of our business activities.
Partners
As a result of the many complex, combined and complementary services on offer in today’s global and dynamic economy, our services could well be offered by other companies. This also means that it may be beneficial to include services in our portfolio which are ultimately provided by companies who collaborate with us, here at Ampersand. "Coopetitors"
Within a market that is so expansive and divided, it is easy to find competitors. But it’s not so easy to find two identical companies, or companies that specialise in all the services contained in another company’s portfolio. Here at Ampersand, we believe in collaborating with compatible competitors. This paves the way towards a more specialised sector and helps to create a framework in which to communicate with and to get to know the players on the field, with a view to future and inevitable consolidation initiatives.
Investors
Translation is indispensable in the unremitting march towards globalisation. The sector offers significant business opportunities and growth to companies who know how to take the lead, but also to those who know how to invest. Ampersand is a 100% self-financed private equity company with no other affiliated company, institution or investment fund.
